What State Lands told us

In June 2024 the California State Lands Commission held two public meetings for Milton Road residents. Here's what it presented, in its own terms.

Where the State line sits

The State owns land waterward of mean high tide, as fixed by its 1953 survey and mapped against an August 2019 aerial survey.
