Buy flood insurance if you don't have it. NFIP policies start 30 days after purchase, so a policy bought by Nov 22 covers the December king tides.
Photograph and video your house, contents and levee section now. Keep receipts and messages with contractors, insurers and agencies.
Check whether your dock, deck or levee section extends past the State Lands 1953 line, and whether you hold a State Lands lease.
Pick up sand and sandbags at the NRRD office, 1501 Milton Road. Bring help: you fill and haul your own.
Sign up for ALERT Napa County and National Weather Service alerts.
Join the Milton Road neighbor group text.
Move documents and valuables off the floor and plan how you'd leave if water covers the road.
