Short and simple. Everyone who joins agrees to these.
Be kind.
Write the way you'd talk to a neighbor over the fence. We all live on the same mile of road.
No politics.
Keep elections, parties and candidates off the board. Local flood and levee issues are welcome.
Protect each other's privacy.
Never post a neighbor's address, photos or private details without their permission. That includes photos of their house or lot.
Keep levee disagreements civil.
People feel strongly about the levee. Disagree with the idea, not the person.
Moderators may remove posts.
Neighbor moderators can hide or remove anything that breaks these rules.
